I had a mortons nuroma taken out of my left foot about 3 years ago. Surgery was great but it took me a long time to recover from it. I had the nuroma for 28 years and the later years really turned into painful ones as the nuroma...

Hi Manicginga, the surgeon though my neuroma was only very small but when she removed it was, much to the surprise of the surgeon the size of a golf ball. To be honest I don't think I have gained any benefit from having it removed. Well maybe just a little...

Wow thats a huge mass to have in your foot. I hope I can continue to manage it. I have read that it doesn't always benefit. Well done for keeping on

Yes make sure you do enjoy doing a few more K's. I manage in the house at present with one crutch and moonboot. Both crutches if I head outside, thankgoodness it is well and truly winter and I don't mind being inside as much as I would if summer.

Judy, you are an absolute inspiration. Not only have you put up with a lifetime of pain, but have got a long time recuperating after this second surgery. It sounds extremely painful, and debilitating. I bet you can't wait to get going on two "new" feet and get out there...
