Walking Buddy for Birkenhead

I am looking for someone to walk with to keep me motivated. I currently aim to walk to/from the ferry around 2-3 times a week and would like to walk in the weekends, mainly for fitness and to loose weight. I am new to Auckland so would be a great way to get out and try all the different walks around the area. Guess I am an average walker and if you have a goal to do some kind of event that would be great. Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Andrea,
I have just joined Wonder Walkers and this forum in the hope of finding someone who enjoys walking a good 45-60 minutes or more - in and around Birkenhead and Northcote in the mornings preferably. I live in Mariposa Crescent. I am trying to tone up, lose weight and strengthen all round fitness. I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
Diana
