OUR BLOG: Sharing and Caring.

I wonder what it is that enables women who don't know each other from a bar of soap to so freely share info that possibly could help others.

The flurry of activity on the Forums has covered everything lately from how you get your knickers on if you have a dodgy hip..how do you keep boobs of a generous nature restrained when exercising..to what fish oils are best.

Is it that we like to hide behind our pseudonym ? We do have some cool usernames, although most are happy to share their real identity.

And then there are those who don't want or not sure how who email me with different ideas or requests. I try to get back to everyone although not generally able to solve all problems.

Perhaps I will ask Paula the silent partner in WW .Paula is generally too busy..someone has to have a proper job.

Ironically we dreamt up the idea of Wonder Walkers on our regular walks with the dogs and now it seems we don't even have time for that... Read the full text of this blog entry.

Ok, here I go...feel like a 9 month old child trying her first steps! Thank God for my dog I say. She is sitting here in front of me. watching me put on a pair of old shoes and I am sure she is saying," I dont believe it, the old girl is going to WALK me!- We will see about that!
But wait, there's an excuse in the sky- it's beginning to rain. Oh I am so very glad I live in Auckland, the city of change! Have to take my shoes off and put slippers on again....Now I get the look of disgust on the dog's face....nope, knowing Auckland it will have stopped by the time I hit the front door. Ok Kayla, let's up and at it girl...time to ......walk!!!
Here I go, first steps to fitness and slimness! P

Yes - my little foxy also knows about not going for walks in the last few days. His little eyes light up every time I get home, thinking we're going for a walk. But no - its dark, and I simply cannot convince myself to go for a walk using a head lamp. However, made myself come home early today, and took Tiger for a hour walk down at the river. He's very happy, and I'm feeling better too. Enjoy fitness, and better clothes fitting! I have lost 4 kgs - since I've started taking my pooch for regular walks, and watching what I'm eating.
