Hi Belinda, I live in Pakuranga, and walk at the Panmure Lagoon around about the time you mention. Let me know if this is convenient for you.
I go twice around the Lagoon which takes about 50 - 55 minutes, depending on my pace. I tend to walk medium to fast-ish.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Bev

Hi ladies - are you still walking at this time? I live in Mt Wellington and work in East Tamaki, and enjoy wandering around the lagoon, but I find the hardest thing is getting my butt out the door! If I was walking with someone else, I think it would be easier to keep my appointments with the pavement.

Hi, ive just joined to, today literally, ive just started a thread looking for a buddy close to Ellerslie area, so have a look if you want, I really need some help getting started, I used to love to walk for miles and miles at a good pace too, but haven't done anything since having my baby over 2 years ago, yes yes I know, shocking, but hey at least I've woken up and decided to do something about it, I can't walk at anytime unless I bring my toddler (in pram obviously), but to be honest, I think I would prefer to walk without the little one because I would like to do something for ME without stopping to change nappies, put shoes back on, settle a tanty, picking up thrown away drink bottle etc etc etc, you understand what I'm saying I'm sure lol, so it's ME time, I can walk Wednesdays, early Thursday mornings, Fridays (9am-5pm), Saturdays and Sundays. Anybody interested??? My mobile number is (021) 111-4394. Thanks.
