Walking dogs in Titirangi

Hi. I wonder if there is anyone else around my age (early 50s) who would occasionally like to join me and my dogs for weekend walks in the Titirangi area. We walk during the week, but really early in the morning, so Saturday and Sundays are when we walk a bit further and take more time to "smell the flowers" so to speak. I know there is a Titirangi walking group, but they look all a bit too organised and determined to me, and don't appear to have any 4 legged friends involved.

Hi Huffnpuff, what a great name you have chosen.

I don't live near Titirangi so hope you get some interest to walk with you.

I recently took my dog for a day out to Piha for a big run treat and then stopped at The Hardware Cafe in Titirangi and had long lunch and coffee with my book and my dog. It's a great dog friendly place. I work full time but if I can get over there some time would love to walk with you.

It would be just great to be able to take my dogs up to the Hardware for coffee, but one of them is a Jack Russell who thinks he is a rotweiller crossed with the energiser bunny, so that wouldn't be so easy.
