Totara Park – farmland walk - Manurewa

- Entry to Totara Park is from Wairere Road, Redoubt Road and the lookout point off Goodwood Drive/Eugenia Rise.
- Description
Totara Park is one of Manukau’s premier parks. It stretches over 216 hectares with farmland, flora, fauna, views and playgrounds.
Range of shared walkways/bridle trails are found throughout the park.
The walk starts from Redoubt Road carpark and along an elevated ridge. The trail then heads down through rolling hills reaching the Wairere Road picnic area and carpark. Wooden stiles are provided for access over the remaining farmland. All walking tracks are shown on the information board at the Wairere Road entrance. Adventure playground with tree huts and sandpits for the children. Swimming pool open from 9am every day throughout February and March, closing at 6.45pm in February and 7.45pm in March. Tennis court available free of charge.
