Thorps Quarry is situated on Thorps Quarry Road, off North Road.
- Description
- Various walks with excellent views are available within this 100 hectare reserve of native bush. Those leading to the summit are more challenging. A shorter walk leads to the Thorps Quarry face. Thorps Hill has significant stands of kahikatea (white pine).
