About Walk Diary
Motivate yourself to maintain that daily walk routine by measuring the number of steps you have actually taken. First, find a pedometer that fits your style and budget and you will soon see your step count for the day.
Now, you can enter your daily steps into the Walk Diary and keep track of the distance you are covering. Stay enthusiastic. Stay striding.
You will need to be signed in as a member to use the walking diary.
To use the Walk Diary
Select Walk Diary
At present you will see the default page. You can choose to walk the length of:
(a) New Zealand
(b) Great Wall of China
Enter your daily walks and see how long it takes you to accomplish this goal. Challenge your friends and see who can reach the bottom of New Zealand or the end of the Great Wall first.
You can make your selection by selecting "New Challenge" at the bottom right of the page. Then choose your challenge from the drop down menu, enter a name for your challenge and then select "start challenge".
Each time you log in you can then select this challenge to add your daily walks to and see the line grow as you continue to walk.
1. Select "Add Entry"
2. Enter the date of your walk.
3. Enter Distance in kms.
4. You can add your average Heart Rate if desired.
5. Add any comments you may wish.
6. Click on "Add to Walk Diary". This will add your daily entry to your total.
