Time to Budge.

I have a had a lazy few months.It wasn't my intention but after suffering a niggly and painful achilles problem that required rest..I did just that but probably for a couple more months than was needed.
Now for me I feel like Mr Blobby and it is taking every ounce of will power to get back on the wagon.
Particularly harder when the weather is not so inviting,don't mind the cold so much but I hate that biting wind. Anyway as you can see I have a myriad of excuses and keep puting off the inevitable. I must say i have also been mildly irritable my husband probably would describe it a little more than mild but he knows to keep his mouth shut unlike Alisdair Thompson who made those silyl remarks about menstrual women.
Heaven help him if he found himself in a room with a group of females with PMT he wouldn't stand a chance.
I hate hormones ?
Something else to blame for my lethargy but as of yesterday i have challenged myself to do some form of exercise albeit nothing major for 100 days,along with that could go cutting down on the caffeine and the wine but can't be too drastic.
But it is interesting that the longer you go doing nothing the harder it is to get back into the routine. I think it takes a good few weeks for the endorphines to kick back in and get that buzz.
I'm not sure what the catalyst was but I know I need to get back into shape.
