Beating the BLUK

Are you feeling BLUK? Thats Wonder Walkers code for Bloated,Lethargic (nice way of saying lazy) unhappy and Kranky...well then you need to go for a walk...a walk a day for 30 minutes or more will help to beat the BLUK! And that comes direct from the Wonder Walkers Research department of one i.e. Me- who having eaten half (well nearly whole) bag of marshmallow Easter eggs had a very bad case of BLUK ...but who found that an hour’s medium paced walk did wonders! It’s all to do with the brain function ....ie exercise does something to the neurotransmitters that do something to the feel good brain chemicals that get transported along the neuro passages that has the end effect of producing an anti bluk feeling..............anyway with Easter upon us there will be the opportunity to indulge although I also have just read that if you must and some of us must then eat the darker chocolate cos its better for the heart...or something. Why is it that dogs love to walk ....probably cos they don’t eat loads of bad sugary carbs which make you feel bluk! Although that doesn’t explain cats who can be BLUK’s although generally they are more BLK’S ie happy in their bloated lazy kranky lives!!!!!
