LEARN NORDIC WALKING: New Year's Resolution to get Active? January Free Trial Sessions – Auckland. This session will give you an introduction to the Nordic Walking technique and serves as a precursor to the "First Steps" course.

NEW YEAR ''FIRST STEPS" COURSE: Cornwall Park, Auckland

MANUKAU-MANUREWA ''FIRST STEPS" COURSE:
Commences 8th February to 1 March, 2011 (4 weeks). Monday 6.30 to 7.30 p.m. Sessions will take place at Acacia Cove Village and the Botanical Gardens.

NEW YEAR "FIRST STEPS" COURSE: MERC, Long Bay, Tuesday 6.30 p.m. Commences 16th February to 9 March, 2011 (4 weeks)

GREATER AUCKLAND REGION: Tuition Available
Certified Instructors are available throughout the greater Auckland region for one-to-one, small group and class tuition.
