Exercise improves your sex life !!!!

It's a no brainer that any form pf physical activity improves your health and well being but I am still getting my head around the evidence that it improves your sex life.
What would you chose between running 50 kms or having sex three times a week for a year? Choose carefully now because they both burn 7.500 calories.If you choose the run you are probably single or may soon be.There have been a number of studies to show that sex can be good for your mental and physical health..thankfully I wasn't asked to partake in any of the research.
Just remember this is not my personal opinion but I did chuckle when I read it. Sex can give you a good workout depending on how vigorous you are of course.Your heart and breathing rate increases and different muscle groups like your arms,legs,buttocks and stomach muscles are engaged.Sex requires some stamina so people who are physically fit are more likely to have a satisfying sex life than those who'd rather sit on the couch and watch re runs of "Desperate Housewives"
Pertinent to women ,sex releases oxytocin,a hormone that increases feelings of affection and is responsible for social bonding and the nurturing instinct.Sex also acts as a beauty treatment for women as the hormone estrogen is produced,making your hair shiny and your skin smooth. This was taken from a wonderful little book called the Jolt challenge and to conclude before I feel the headache coming on a quote from Woody Allen.
