French Pass Lookout Track

- You can get to this track from the French Pass Road off State Highway 6 just past Rai Valley.
- Description
The Marlborough Sounds are renowned for their scenic blend of bush-clad hills and tranquil bays.
This track takes you to a viewpoint over historic French Pass, where the tide rushes back and forth like a river.
There is also the French Pass scenic camp which is a good base for boating and fishing. From a nearby viewpoint you can watch the waters moving through French Pass. This camp can be accessed from the road end of Croiselles/French Pass Rd.
