Lake Brunner - Carew Falls Track
- Location
50 metres from Lake Brunner Lodge, Mitchells, on the southern end of the lake, or by water taxi from Moana.
Turn left at Mitchells turnoff and cross over a bridge, the road turns to gravel. Follow the road for 12 kms until the lake comes into view.
- Description
- A gentle climb on a well formed track. Mixed podocarp forest. The track climbs more steeply as it leads onto the rocks below the impressive falls.
