Waikanae River Walkways

South Bank Walkway: Start from Otaihanga Domain and walk to State Highway 1.
North Bank Walkway: The main access points are from Fleetwood Grove, Nimmo Avenue West, Greenawar Road and Tutere Street.
- Description
- Both the North and South banks of the Waikanae River have walkways. The South bank winds through through parkland and trees, while the North bank takes in the estuary, bird life and coastal views.
