- With 64 hectares and over 10,000 plants for you to explore, this section will help you make the most of your visit to the Auckland Botanic Gardens.For the less mobile the Wiri Rambler runs on a Sun 12-4pm (12.30-3.30pm Autumn, Winter). The Wiri Rambler is our popular internal transport system which comprises a small tractor that tows two carriages each capable of carrying up to 9 people.
