Te Reinga Falls Scenic Reserve
- Location
- Located 35 km inland from Wairoa, just off SH 36 (Tiniroto Road). Turn onto Ruakituri Road at Te Reinga, cross the bridge over the river. The car park is at the western end of the bridge.
- Description
- A few minutes walk from the car park and picnic area takes you to the lookout to view the spectacular waterfalls. Just above the bridge the Hangaroa and Ruakituri Rivers combine to form the Wairoa River.
