Opape Coastal Walkway

- The entrance to the track is at Opape Beach.
- Description
- The first coastal walking track on the Opotiki district has been established at Opape. The track ends at the carved fence overlooking Awaawakino or Morices Bay (no access). It follows an old stage coach road through native bush and enables walkers to experience the wide variety of native flora and fauna. It has some wonderful views of the rockey cliffs and sea.
