Appletree, Stillwell and Akerstan/Yellow Point beaches

- Drive to the Doc shelter and Park café 1km beyond Marahau township.
- Description
This walk continues on from the Tinline walk. Access the beaches from short and steep tracks that are well signposted off the main track. Appletree Bay takes about 1 ½ hrs, Stillwell 2hrs, Akerstan/Yellow Point 2 hrs 20 mins. Yellow Point is named after the yellow lichen on the rocks and is accessed from the Akerstan turn-off.
Stillwell Beach can not be accessed at high tide.Return back the way you came.
