- Description
A well graded, gravel track leads you through the Otatara Scenic Reserve bush remnant. Dominated by the canopy species of totara and matai, this remnant is representative of the vegetation that would have covered much of Otatara.
A network of walking tracks makes it easy to explore the riverbanks, estuary and forest of the extensive Sandy Point Domain.
Picnic area has shelter.
