Courthouse Flat - Blue Creek Resurgence Walk

Park at Courthouse Flat which is 15 minutes' drive past the start of the Wangapeka Track and 4km beyond the Rolling River Junction. The historic flat is a DOC campsite and a good campsite for day walks.
Cross the bridge at the Courthouse Flat campsite and follow the signs along the main track
- Description
This is an easy walk on a flat, well-formed track. Return via the same route.
Look for evidence of previous gold mining in the area. At the track edge is a restored stamper, parts of transport systems and a pneumatic drill compressor.
