The Ngaio Gorge Track is part of the Northern Walkways situated in Trelissick Park.
Trelissick Park lies in the heart of Ngaio, encompassing the lower stretches of the Korimako and Kaiwharawhara Streams. It covers 20 hectares of lowland forest, remnant Tawa forest, regenerating bush, open grassy spaces and brush and scrublands.
Trelissick Park Group with help from Greater Wellington Regional Council and Wellington City Council are actively promoting reforestation of this park.
