- Starts at northern end of Waihi beach.

Waihi Beach to Orokawa Bay – 45 minutes one way
Orokawa Bay to William Wright Falls – 1 hour return
Orokawa Bay to Homunga Bay – 90 minutes one way
Homunga Bay to Ngatitangata road – 45/60 min one
wayMany historic pa sites within the reserve and mine tunnels along the coast are reminders of the unsuccessful attempts to extract gold from the area.
Has panoramic views of the ocean, has mature forest and good rock fishing and picnic spots. Gently rising track skirts the headland before descending into pohutukawa-clad Orokawa Bay. Beach not considered safe for swimming.Track to William Wright Falls begins at northern end of beach.
The track to Homunga Bay continues along the coast line.
Return to Waihi Beach via the same route.
