Personal information is only collected from you, and will only be used by us, for the purposes of the Wonder Walkers website at www.wonderwalkers.co.nz and to enable Wonder Walkers to providing benefits to Wonder Walkers members (refer in particular to section on Member benefits – Partner Companies below).
Wonder Walkers may use the information, which you knowingly submit to us, to communicate with you. Our communications will include information that Wonder Walkers thinks might be of interest to you. If at any time you wish us to stop communicating with you, whether completely or in respect of any particular category of communication, you only need to notify us and those communications will cease. Wonder Walkers may also use that information to customise your experience in visiting the site.
Members’ benefits – Partner Companies
In the case of Wonder Walkers members, Wonder Walkers may also use the information you submit to us to add to the benefits you enjoy as a Wonder Walkers member. These benefits extend to include benefits available from time to time from our Partner Companies Wonder Walkers hopes to have a variety of Partner Companies which have been selected by us because they offer goods and services which we think might be useful or enjoyable for you. Intended recipients
The personal information collected by Wonder Walkers will only be used by Wonder Walkers and will not be disseminated to any other party except as specifically stated in this privacy policy [and agreed by you when you log on as a Wonder Walkers member] or as required by law.
Our hosting provider and website development and support personnel will have access to the personal information you provide to us. Wonder Walkers will take all reasonable steps to ensure they will not use that information except in accordance with this privacy policy.
With your specific approval each time you log on as a Wonder Walkers member, we may disclose your personal information to our Partner Companies (refer to the section above headed Members’ benefits – Partner Companies. You will have the opportunity to view the current list of Partner Companies each time you log on and at that point to elect whether or not you wish to have your contact details and other information you have knowingly submitted to the Website (but not in forums) disclosed to our Partner Companies and so to join the Partner Company mailing list. You can elect to join the Partner Company mailing list and subsequently change your Alternatively you can at any time unsubscribe to any communications sent to you by one or more of our Partner Companies and they will be obliged to remove you from their database.
If Wonder Walkers wishes to disclose your personal information otherwise than as stated in this privacy policy, Wonder Walkers will obtain your prior written consent.
Access and correction
You may contact us at any time to request us to provide access to the personal information Wonder Walkers holds about you. You may at any time request us to correct any errors in the information Wonder Walkers holds about you.
